4. All bookings are subject to full prepayment before 1st May 2017, thereafter no refund for prepaid confirmed bookings.
5. There is no refund for unused services fully or partially after 1 May.
6. All rooms are subject to first come first fully paid basis.
7. Refund processing fee of SGD50 per room per night is applicable for deposits received and cancelled before the 1 May.
8. Payment through credit card entails 3.5% admin fee on the total amount and charged in SGD only.
